I have done a post about local supermarket making the Japanese style Gapao (in Thai they just call it Gapao) last July. The Japanese franchise bento shop Hotto Motto (ほっともっと) has got its own version of Gapao too.
It is personally recommend to try this if you never tried it before or just thinking it’s another stirred fried minced meat dish. It is closer to the original taste than what we saw in part 1 and better than the version from the local supermarket. Good job!
I suggest you the first bite is just as it is and add lemon, fish sauce, or break the half-cooked egg to mix one by one. You will know the layers and change in flavor to stimulate your taste buds. Here are the photos.
